I’m getting in touch with a final update on your account and next steps.
Your agreement, signed on [hl][XX/XX/XXXX][/hl] for an initial [hl][36][/hl]-month term, has a remaining contractual balance of $[hl][X,XXX][/hl] + tax.
To make things a little more manageable, I’ve offered a [hl][XX%][/hl] reduction on your monthly rate, giving you a total saving of $[hl][XXX][/hl] across the remainder of the agreement. At the end of the term, your account would then move to a 28-day renewing licence for greater flexibility.
I’d really like to help bring this to a positive outcome. However, as this has been outstanding for some time, I now need your decision by [hl][XX/XX/XXXX][/hl].
If we can’t reach agreement by that date, I’ll have to go ahead and cancel your service.
Under your terms and conditions, this would result in a final invoice for the remaining balance of $[hl][X,XXX][/hl] + tax, payable within 30 days. All PHMG productions would also need to be removed from your telephone system immediately, as your broadcasting licence would no longer be valid.
