Following your cancellation request on [hl][Date][/hl], I’ve tried to contact you a few times to talk through the next steps.
As we haven’t yet been able to speak, I wanted to clarify your current position.
Because PHMG productions are still playing on your system, your account has remained active. This is to make sure your organization stays covered by a valid broadcasting license while the audio is still in use.
At the end of your current term, your account will move to a rolling monthly licence unless you let us know the audio has been removed.
If you still wish to cancel, please confirm once the productions have been deleted from your system. We can then arrange the final closing invoice for any remaining balance.
If you’d prefer, we can also review the service and look at a more suitable option for your current needs and budget.
