We refer to our previous correspondence regarding your default under Clause 4 of the Agreement.

The cure period provided has now expired. As of today, the outstanding balance of [hl][insert amount][/hl] remains unpaid.

Unless full payment is received by [hl][insert date – typically 3–5 business days from today][/hl], the matter will be referred for formal recovery action without further notice.

This may include engagement of external collections agents and/or legal counsel to enforce the full remaining value of the Agreement, together with any applicable interest and recovery costs as provided under the Agreement and governing law.

We would prefer to avoid escalation. However, in the absence of payment by the date above, referral will proceed.
