I’ve been in touch a few times since your cancellation request, but we haven’t yet had the chance to catch up.

I thought it would be helpful to set out where things currently stand and share an alternative option for you to consider.

Your agreement, signed on [hl][Date][/hl], remains active until [hl][Date][/hl]. The remaining contractual balance is $[hl][Amount][/hl]. Under your terms and conditions, if we process a cancellation now, our Credit Control team will issue a final invoice for that balance, less 3%. This would be payable in full within 14 days, and all PHMG productions would need to be removed from your system straight away.

With this in mind, I’d like to offer a 10% discount on your account to make things more manageable while keeping your service running.
