I’m getting in touch from PHMG – we’re currently supporting our mutual client, [hl][CLIENT NAME][/hl] with their audio branding.
Our creative teams are developing their custom productions, and the next step is getting everything uploaded to their phone system. Before we do that, we just need a clearer picture of the current setup.
What we know:

- Features currently in use: [hl][Auto Attendant, On Hold, Out of Hours, etc.][/hl]
- File Format: [hl][ulaw, mp3, etc.][/hl]
- File size or length restrictions: [hl][e.g. 5MB, 5 mins max for On Hold][/hl]
What the client requested:
Here’s what we need from you. Please can you confirm that [hl][CLIENT NAME][/hl]’s phone system supports this/the following?
- [hl]On-Hold Marketing[/hl] – to play as the on-hold music on their main number and all extensions when holding and transferring calls
- [hl]Auto Attendant Main Menu[/hl] – to play as the main Auto Attendant/IVR greeting on the main number
- [hl]Auto Attendant Option 1 Menu[/hl] – to play as the sub-menu greeting when callers press [hl]1[/hl] on the main Auto Attendant Main Menu
- [hl]Audio While Connecting[/hl] – to play when a menu option is pressed and replace the ringing tone
- [hl]Busy Message[/hl] – to play during business hours when calls are unanswered and leave an option to leave a message
- [hl]Out of Hours[/hl] – to play during regular closing hours as the after-hours message on the main number
