We’ve put together a new batch of productions for their phone system (attached, with details below) and I’m eager to get everything live.

Upload Requests:

• [hl][FILE NAME][/hl] – to play as the on-hold music on their main number and all extensions

• [hl][FILE NAME][/hl] – to play as the main Auto Attendant/IVR greeting on the main number

• [hl][FILE NAME][/hl] – to play as the sub-menu greeting when callers press [hl][OPTION NUMBER][/hl] on the main Auto Attendant/IVR

• [hl][FILE NAME][/hl] – to play during business hours when calls are unanswered

• [hl]FILE NAME][/hl] – to play during regular closing hours as the Night Service message on the main number

Once those are ready, let me know so I can run a few test calls to confirm everything works as expected.
