Thank you for your time today, and welcome to PHMG and GoTo Connect.
The link for the network test we have just spoken about is here - https://support.goto.com/connect/help/what-is-goto-network-test
Once you have clicked the link above, press 'How do I test without my GoTo Connect app'. Then select 'Download and install', from there you should be able to run the network test. I have attached a guide for your reference.
Please run the network test ahead of your welcome call with Vida on Tuesday 17th at 10am. Bear in mind that if the test comes back red rather than green, this just means we have to make adjustments on the phone platform. It does not mean the platform will not work.
I have attached a LOA (letter of Authority) document for you to complete which allows us to port your number (keep your number). Please complete this form ahead of the welcome call and also bring a copy of your latest bill from Focus please.
I have also attached a PDF document outlining implementation timeframes for both PHMG and GoTo Connect for your perusal.
Your GoTo Connect platform setup takes on average 90 days from network test completion so please complete this as soon as possible.
We will deliver your hardware onsite preprogrammed which makes setup a lot easier to do. With this said, GoTo connect will not send an engineer to set you up, but if any further assistance is needed, help is on hand via a GoTo project manager who can help you remotely and will guide you through the entire onboarding journey.
