We've been using PHMG for our on-hold and after hours phone messaging for over a year. Our account manager is responsive and timely. We had just the worst on-hold music before switching, and we love the night and day difference that PHMG has provided. We switch it up seasonally and the after hours/holiday hours messaging has been flawless.
