We have been working with PHMG since early 2025 when they approached us about our on-hold music. We are a rapidly growing company in a competitive industry, therefore finding the right pitch to increase our customer market is really important to us. From onboarding through to account management everyone that we have dealt with at PHMG have been great, professional, friendly and accommodating, even when we didn’t approve of any of the initial soundbites! I really like the fact that the team were not only happy to produce our phone messages (eliminating the use of inconsistent voices), but they were also happy to upload everything onto the phone system. At present, we realise that we are only using a small proportion of the marketing tools available to us via PHMG but it’s good to see that they are happy to work at our pace and as the company grows I am sure we may look to get more involved.
